Founded in Scotland in 1856 by American entrepreneur henry Lee Norris as the North British rubber company, the brand has a history of innovation and pioneering design. Signaling the start of a new path for the brand, James Seuss was appointed CEO in 2012, followed by Alasdair Willis as creative director in 2013.
