Cinderella recommends adding its "Winter Kit" for toilets that will be installed and used continually in cold climates. If you just plan you use the toilet periodically throughout the winter, then the Air Baffle on its own should suffice. When outside ambient temperatures are very low and the bathroom is heated, condensed water and ice can accumulate on the shell of the appliance. It will still function. This kit is specially designed for the Cinderella Comfort incineration toilet to reduce wet spots on the floor along with wear on your product and its interior by adding a layer of insulation inside the toilet shell. The Air Baffle closes off the fresh air intake when the toilet is not incinerating.
